1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern free access to and use of evoucher.es. By using the service you accept these terms, the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
eVOUCHER collects and displays promotion information from independent retailers. We are not the seller, a marketplace, the retailer’s agent or a party to the purchase contract. The retailer determines price, stock, delivery, returns, warranties and after-sales support.
3. Codes and promotions
A promotion may expire, be limited by territory, product, minimum spend, new-customer status, app or payment method, and may not be combinable. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee that a code will work for every user. Always confirm the saving in the order summary before payment.
4. User accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us about unauthorised use. You may not impersonate others, automate abusive access, bypass security measures or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts for security risk, fraud or breach, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Newsletter and communications
We send promotional communications only with valid consent. Every message includes a simple, free unsubscribe method. Messages needed to administer an account or handle a request are not advertising.
6. Affiliate relationships
We may earn affiliate revenue when you visit or buy from a retailer through certain links. This does not increase the price and does not transfer the seller’s obligations to eVOUCHER.
7. Permitted use and intellectual property
Personal, lawful use is permitted. Unauthorised bulk scraping, systematic republication, technical interference, malware and use that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.
8. Availability and liability
We may maintain, change or interrupt features for technical, legal or security reasons. We are not responsible for independent retailer decisions or losses caused by relying on an unverified promotion, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for service or legal changes. We will publish the new date and aim to notify registered users of material changes. Mandatory consumer rights in the user’s country of residence, including Spain, always remain protected.
