Accessibility

1. Our commitment

We aim to make evoucher.es perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as many people as possible. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the principles of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Spanish Law 11/2023 as references; this statement is not a formal compliance certification.

2. Measures implemented

• semantic structure, page titles and one main heading per page;
• keyboard navigation, visible focus and accessibly named controls;
• alternative text for informative images and readable contrast;
• identified page language and forms with labels and clear messages;
• responsive layout, text zoom support and reduced-motion preferences.

3. Known limitations

Third-party content, including retailer logos and external pages, may be outside our control. The site evolves and an undetected barrier may exist. We prioritise issues preventing essential functions.

4. Report a barrier

Email contact@evoucher.es with the page, problem, browser or assistive technology used and, if possible, a screenshot. We aim to acknowledge the report and provide an accessible alternative or fix within a reasonable period.
