The evoucher.es website and eVOUCHER Spain service are owned by the company identified above. These details are made permanently, directly and freely available in line with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

2. Website activity

eVOUCHER is a free information and comparison service for third-party voucher codes, coupons and promotions. eVOUCHER does not sell the advertised products, process payment or enter into the sale contract between the user and the retailer.

3. Affiliate links and advertising

Some links may be affiliate links. If a user purchases after following one, eVOUCHER may receive a commission without increasing the price. Sponsored content, if any, will be clearly identified. A retailer’s inclusion or position is not a guarantee of its products.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, original texts, databases and eVOUCHER brand belong to the operator or are used under licence. Retailer trademarks, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify promotions. Original content may not be reproduced, systematically extracted, reused or exploited without permission or another lawful basis.

5. Liability and external links

Reasonable measures are taken to keep information accurate and the service secure, but retailers may change prices, availability or terms without notice. Users must confirm information on the retailer website before buying. eVOUCHER does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Nothing above excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Communications and complaints

To report problems, inaccurate content, potential infringements or complaints, email contact@evoucher.es and identify the URL and reason. We will reply within a reasonable period. eVOUCHER is not currently subscribed to a consumer arbitration board. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued in 2025.

7. Applicable law

The provider is established in Romania and offers the service to the Spanish market. EU law and the law determined by private international law rules apply. If you are a consumer resident in Spain, you retain the protection of mandatory Spanish provisions and may bring proceedings before the courts competent under EU consumer rules.
